PrincipleSim is designed for comprehensive educational, academic, and commercial application:
- Free Individual & Classroom Use: Students, educators, and independent learners may freely operate, explore, and record data from all public apparatuses for personal study, high school, university coursework, and research verification.
- Commercial & Enterprise Integration: Commercial entities, LMS platform providers, and educational publishers wishing to license dedicated simulation white-labels, headless computational engines, or customized apparatuses must obtain an institutional license agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The proprietary numerical algorithms, Yee-grid Maxwell solvers, split-step Fourier TDSE operators, UI visual design, Japanese aesthetic assets, and platform source code are the intellectual property of PrincipleSim Laboratory.
The underlying physical laws (Schrödinger equation, Maxwell equations, Kepler's laws, Lorentz transformations, etc.) are universal public domain principles of natural science.
4. Disclaimer of Physical Liability
While all simulations in PrincipleSim are rigorously verified against analytical solutions and NIST spectral reference datasets, they are virtual models intended for computational demonstration, department preparation, and theoretical visualization. PrincipleSim assumes no liability for physical hazards, laboratory accidents, or equipment damage occurring during real-world physical replication of high-voltage, ballistic, chemical, or laser experiments.
5. Advertising & Sponsored Links
PrincipleSim utilizes Google AdSense to serve non-intrusive advertisements. Users agree not to artificially manipulate, click-farm, or automate interactions with sponsored ad units.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes binding acceptance of the amended terms.
